The Standard Inclusions noted are generally what is provided when building with House and Land Design. Certain building sites and house designs will require modification to these inclusions. House and Land Design reserves the right to amend any inclusions noted above as they require to suit these building site conditions and house design requirements. A comprehensive list of inclusions and specifications specific to your house will be provided with the building contract.

Display Home options are excluded from this Standard Inclusion list but are available as an additional cost upgrade – speak with one of our sales consultants for more information. The following items, unless noted otherwise, are Display Home upgrade items and are not included in our Standard specifications:  upgrades to bricks, roof tiles, doors & door furniture, tapware, floor & wall tiles, laminates, furniture & decor items, dishwasher, bathroom accessories, feature lighting & light fittings, security systems, window furnishings, carpets, flyscreens, window locks, driveway & paths, paving, landscaping and fencing.
